INVESTMENT CONCEPT

Short-term Rental
Short-term rentals are furnished self-contained properties that are rented for typically less than 30-days, resulting in greater returns than a conventional long-term rental. While these types of dwellings typically require more “hands-on” management than long-term rentals, buyers are increasingly considering Airbnb rentals as investments. They are seen as an alternative to hotels. "Short Stay" rentals are an offshoot of the corporate housing market.
